Yes You Have Time!


The biggest objection I hear is that people don't have time!!!! I bet that most of us here can squeeze in 30 mins a day, right? I mean you are making time for Facebook. 😊

Let's talk about how you can make time!

1. Get up 30 mins earlier in the morning

2. Skip the 2 or more marathon of Walking Dead, Bachelor, or whatever it is every night. 😂

3. Squeeze it in during your lunch break.

4. Do it while the kids are napping.

5. Make it a family event and Bring in your kids with you and let them exercise too.

It may suck at first and you may not love the change in routine right away, but I promise you will eventually. Give it a few weeks and you'll be so happy you gave it a shot. You'll have so much more energy, you'll fit in your clothes better, and you will set a great example for your kids! Now tell me you don't have time!!😝
