There’s a few secrets to working out at home with kids. ✅
1️⃣ Be consistent. It needs to be like any other routine part of your day, so schedule it in.
2️⃣ Have a plan! Pick a program and have a calendar to follow so you know exactly what to do and how long it will take. The one I’m doing now is 4 days a week for 30-40 mins! 🙌
3️⃣ Set the kids up with an activity, a new coloring book, a snack, or heck, a tablet. Stop feeling guilty. It’s important to take care of yourself! ❤️.
