I can’t believe these tiny little weights have made my arms sore sore these past couple weeks!! I used to laugh at weights this small but now I have a whole new appreciation for them IF you’re doing the right kind of workout with them. 💪

I seriously ❤️ lifting heavy most of the time, but it’s also important to change up your routine every couple months! This is why I’m enjoying my new Barre workouts from home! CHANGE=RESULTS!!
