How to Exercise from Home
It’s hard to work out at home sometimes. If you quit, no one would know. If you skipped, no one would know!! 🤷♀️
What’s helped me is changing my mindset. I don’t have to finish the workout, but I’m going to finish this move {and maybe the next and the next....👏}. It doesn’t have to be perfect!I can do my best and still be proud.
And F A C T - if you get to that place where you want to quit and you finish the move or the workout or push just a liiiiitle more.....you’ll feel SO good! ❤️
