How to Combat Workout Soreness

Any new and effective workout program will probably make you sore the first week! 💪

Here are some things you can do to help reduce muscle soreness:

1. Drink lots of water 💦

2. Drink or eat clean and healthy protein within 30-60 mins after your workout. I prefer my yummy chocolate meal replacement smoothie.

3. Take extra time to stretch

4. DON’T take days off from your workout just because your sore.
