Barre Results!!

Tanika lost 4” and 2.6 lbs. with our new program!!
Tanika didn’t need to necessarily lose weight, but she just wanted to strengthen, tone, and trim up. After 8 weeks of our program, her abs are much more defined, her booty is more lifted, and her core and arms are much stronger!! 💪
Tanika enjoys the workouts because they are only 30 mins a day and the trainer is super motivational and fun!! I’m on week 4 of this same program and absolutely 💕 how these workouts make me feel!!
