Addicted to Soda?

Calling all soda drinkers.....check this out!!  Just 1 can of soda contains 39g of sugar!  Sugar is the culprit to various health problems such as obesity, diabetes, and heart disease!  This here is why my drink of choice is H2O.....or my low sugar healthy shakes too of course!   A little natural sugar in fruits and low-sugar drinks is fine, but be sure to watch your intake for sure!
