Will Crunches Give You a 6-Pack?


So many people come to me and think that the key to a flat tummy is doing more ab exercises. You can sit-up and crunch all day long, but if you aren't burning the body fat that surrounds your belly, you're not going to see your abs pop. Even though I host a lot of Ab Exercise Groups, I always tell my clients that it's a package deal!

It take 4 essential things to get that 6-pack to pop!

1. Cardio training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is even better

2. Clean nutrition plan

3. Weight lifting exercises

4. Core exercises (abs)

It really doesn't take hours in the gym to get the results you want either. It just takes 30-40 minutes a day of exercise 4-5 days a week. Here's the deal though......it does take a good solid program you can follow at the gym or at home. Your entire workout can consist of cardio, weights, AND core work, and you really can be done in little time if you know what you are doing OR you follow one of my programs that I recommend.

Wandering around the gym aimlessly or sitting at home debating getting ready and driving there isn't going to get you the results you want. Believe it or not, AMAZING results can happen from home with very little or no equipment! I haven't set foot in a gym in over a year and I am in better shape now at 46 years young that I was before I had 3 kids!
