OK MOMS!!! How many of you join a gym when the kids started school.....or give good intentions of doing so soon??? Getting healthy and in shape is 80% NUTRITION and 20% EXERCISE!!!! Getting AMAZING RESULTS THAT LAST takes zeroing in on how you eat as well as doing specific workouts!!!
