Join Us for Our Summer Slim Down Challenge

If you still need to get in shape or lose weight this summer, it's not too late! We begin next Monday, so there's still time to get ready for your Reunion, Vacation, and back-to-school! A budget and family friendly meal plan and the workouts will be included for all 21 days. We will be working together as a small group to help motivate each other and keep everyone accountable. Support, accountability, and motivation are what help our challengers achieve their goals.

We have a variety of Fitness Programs to choose from and accommodate all fitness levels, from a beginner who is trying to tone or lose weight to those who are trying to get quicker, stronger, and recover better from a sport they play.
