This 52-Year-Old Lost 23 Pounds!

Kris lost 23 lbs in only 4 months with our program and challenge group! She always worked out but didn't have a lot of energy and her eating habits were up and down. Kris has been on many diets before but she always gave up. This program was easy to follow and made it so successful! Kris now feels like she's in her 20's and she's 52!!! She loves the shakes and the meal plans and has the self-esteem she had lost years ago.
