Our Challenge groups help guide you with your personalized nutrion guide. There's no counting calories. What we do is use a new technique with special containers that you can fill with whatever you want from that specific food group. You won't be staving yourselves becasue we rocommend you eat every few hours throghout the days. We also provide daily recipes along with a grocery list.
Are you looking to increase productivity and decrease sick days in the office? How about even a little freindly competition with a private group conisiting of only your co-coworkers? If you're the boss, maybe offer a little incentive to everyone who completes the program. Staff, ask your boss about it!

Your core is what helps you perform basic funcions such as balance. Having a strong core helps prevent aches and pains as we age. Most back problems and falls can be prevented by having stronger abdominals and obliques. A weak core can also cause knee, albow, shoulder, and neck problems.
