5 Day Sexy Abs Challenge
Choose either the Beginner or Advanced Abs to complete daily for these 5 days!
Beginner Abs
Complete each of the below exercises for 1 minute each. If you need to drop to your knees for Superman Planks or Side Plank Crunches, that's totally fine. Try some on your toes and then drop to your knees when necessary.
